Castleguard purchased what was previously a car park in 2012. Planning consent had been granted for 8 flats, but we were of the opinion that this did not fully realise the potential of the site. With the help of our architect and planning consultant, we re-designed the whole scheme, vastly improving the quality, layout and amenities. After a protracted negotiating period, we were successful in obtaining consent to build nine high quality apartments in the most desirable of locations.

We are very pleased to announce that we have completed this project on time and on budget. We are happy to report that all 9 flats have been sold. We feel very proud as a company to have delivered this project and feel that it has been a positive addition to the area and to the residents within Stainforth Road.

UPDATE January 2018!

Castleguard is very pleased to announce that it has recently been successful in obtaining planning consent for an extra floor and to provide 2 new 1 bedroom flats. Once again this proved a challenge in demonstrating to LBWF that this scheme had much merit and also provided the addition of much needed homes. With the help of a successful planning appeal and a subsequent application we were able to achieve our goal.
