COODEN SEA ROAD

Castleguard recently purchased this former Co-op supermarket, which is a substantial corner building over 2 floors.

We have submitted a planning application for the sub division into 3 mixed size retail units with 7 residential units (1x1bed, 4×2 beds, 2×3 beds) over 2 floors at first and second level.

We believe this will make good use of an existing prominent local building and provide much needed housing.

We are happy to report that we have now received Planning Consent from Rother District Council for the above scheme and works are due to start on site in the coming few weeks. We have also now received satisfactory discharge of conditions from the District Council and are currently developing our Building Regulation and Structural Schemes.
