COODEN SEA ROAD

Castleguard originally purchased this former Co-op supermarket which was a substantial corner building over two floors. 

Following a complete reappraisal of what would deliver the most from the building foot print and existing spaces and in the most economical way, we managed to deliver planning approval for three smaller commercial units better for this location and nine residential units. This was possible by keeping the existing building and therefore avoiding demolition and complete redevelopment. 

Castleguard sold the site onto a local developer who is now carrying out the building works. The property is being brought back to life after being vacant for a number of years which will be of huge benefit to the local community. We are proud of have been able to enable this.
