We have obtained planning consent to construct another flat above our old office. Currently there is a very large 3 bedroom split level flat which will be divided and an extension built over the rear addition. This will make two nice 2 bedroom flats.

We are pleased to be able to report that works have now been completed on this building, on time and in budget, we also carried out external repairs and maintenance to upgrade the shop front and the flat entrance which has made a big improvement to the kerb appeal of this unit in this busy part of Hoe Street.
