I was born in Walthamstow and grew up close by. I started working for a family run estate agency in Hoe Street in 1986, working here inspired me to start Castleguard Homes. I have always admired the area, the properties and the people who have always seemed to appreciate our straight talking, honest and professional approach to business. Since I started Castleguard Homes, we have renovated and built hundreds of homes bringing run down properties back into loving ownership and identified opportunities to build on land not being used efficiently.

We have always been lucky enough to buy nice properties from nice people, often these properties have been someone’s cherished home for many years. I love the fact that we have been able to bring these properties up to date for a new family to enjoy. Creating great homes has become more than just work it’s a passion that we are constantly improving as each project teaches us something new. I am not only very proud of the work we have done, but also the relationships with the many lovely people who have bought from us or sold us their home.
