Castleguard purchased this property in very poor condition as demonstrated by the photograph. We carried out a sympathetic renovation to fully modernise while keeping and enhancing the period 1930′s features. We installed new double glazing re-rendered the front wall, and enhanced the kitchen and dinning area. We completed a full rewire, replumb, redecs, kitchen and bathroom. We cleared the rear garden, re-turfed and added new fencing to create a nice stylish modern family home which went under offer within days of being re-marketed.
