This building is owned by a sister company with Lloyds Pharmacy as the ground floor tenant. Castleguard negotiated new lease terms with Lloyds and obtained planning for a ground floor extension. We also obtained planning consent to self contain the first floor flat into a new 2 bedroom unit. This project is now complete, Lloyds have carried out a new shop fit themselves and have

re-opened and our two bedroom flat is completed and let out to a private tenant.
