We were approached directly by a lady who wanted to sell this house in multiple occupation arranged as 3 bedsits and one self contained flat situated in Wood Green. Obviously this sort of property would have been difficult to sell to a normal owner occupier purchaser. Our position appealed to her, being professional property developers who could pay cash and fit in with her timeframes and requirements (see her review of our performance on the testimonial page).

We worked with her to serve the tenants notice and achieve vacant possession prior to completion. We have submitted a planning consent for 2 x 2 bed flats (decision awaited early December), the ground floor with access to a lovely little garden. The property needs a lot of work both inside and out but when complete will offer a period property with modern living accommodation and fittings. We anticipate the project to take around 4 months to complete.

As you can see from the photos, this property underwent extensive refurbishment and renovation all carried out under the watchful eye of Building Control. We are pleased to say that the project was completed successfully within the indicated time period of 4 months and now offers 2 fantastic modern good size 2 bedroom flats on the ground and first floor.
